Frequently Asked Questions
How Does the Subscription Work?
Choose your load size and and we’ll automatically deliver your wood fire pucks to your property weekly. No need to reorder each time.
Can I Change or Pause my Subscription?
Yes. You can update, skip, or pause your subscription anytime through your customer portal.
To make changes for an upcoming delivery, you’ll need to do this before you’re billed on Tuesday the week prior. After billing, your order is locked in for that delivery. Any changes made after this will apply to the following delivery.
What are the Delivery Days?
We run our deliveries weekly on Mondays. Once you’ve subscribed, your pucks will arrive on your designated delivery day each cycle. We’ll send you a confirmation so you know when to expect the truck.
When will I be Billed?
Your first order is billed immediately at checkout. For all following deliveries, you will be billed automatically on the Tuesday of the week prior to your delivery. This ensures your load is secured and scheduled in our delivery run.
Do I Need to be Home for the Delivery?
No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have clear access to your property. When you order, just let us know exactly where you’d like the load tipped (e.g., "left side of the driveway" or "in front of the gold garage door").
What Happens if it’s Raining on Delivery Day?
Since pucks are kiln-dried, they need to stay dry to perform their best. Our trucks are covered, but once delivered, they are exposed to the elements. If it’s raining, we recommend having a tarpaulin ready for us to use, or being home to move them into the shed quickly. If the weather is severe, we may contact you to reschedule for a clearer day.
