What's your delivery zone?
Free local delivery to Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, and Ōtorohanga, plus surrounding rural addresses. Outside the zone? Get in touch — we can usually sort it.
How fast can you deliver?
Puck subscriptions start the next Monday after sign-up. Bulk firewood orders typically deliver within a week, faster the closer you are to Ōtorohanga.
What's the difference between pucks and bulk firewood?
Pucks are compressed pine blocks — cleaner, hotter, easier to store. Bulk firewood is traditional kiln-dried offcuts — better if you want the look of real wood logs and you've got the storage. Both come from the same Ōtorohanga pine.
Can I order both?
Yes. Plenty of Waikato households run a weekly puck subscription for everyday fires plus a bulk firewood order for the big winter weekends.
